"Halpin Brothers concrete is a top-notch concrete company.  They were recommended to us as being 'expensive but worth it'.  They certainly were worth it for the patio and driveway work they did for us, but it wasn't all that expensive compared to the other estimates we got.  
Their patio work was creative and very solidly built.  They kept the worksite as tidy as one could expect for a two-week job.  They came and went when they say they would.  The final price came in under the original estimate.  Highly recommended."
